今般のウクライナをめぐる国際情勢を受け、ロシア連邦等の金融機関を年金の受取口座に指定されている場合、年金の振込みにおいて、振込不能や振込遅延といった影響が生じる可能性があります。
お客様にご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解をお願いいたします。

• 振込不能となった場合、振込が可能となった時点でまとめてお支払いいたします。
• 受取金融機関の変更を希望される方は、「年金の支払を受ける者に関する事項」をご記入の上、新たにご指定いただく口座を確認できる書類（口座証明、小切手帳の写し、通帳の写しなど）を添えて、年金事務所にご提出ください。ただし、受取金融機関の変更手続きにはお時間がかかりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Direct deposit of pension benefits to Russia may be affected by the current situation in Ukraine

If you receive Japanese pension benefits at a bank in Russia and related countries, the current situation in Ukraine may affect direct deposit of your benefits: pension benefits payments (direct deposit) may be temporarily stopped or delayed.
We acknowledge the great inconvenience due to the situation and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.

• Please note that suspended benefits amount will be fully paid to you as soon as the situation will allow usual direct deposit.
• If you wish to change the bank account for direct deposit of your pension benefits, please submit a completed form “Pension Recipient’s Direct Deposit Details： For confirmation / changes of bank account” to any JPS branch office. You need to attach document(s) which shows your bank name, your name and your account number, including bank account certificate issued by the bank, a photocopy of your checkbook, and a photocopy of your bank note.
  We ask for your understanding in advance that it takes a couple of months to complete the process to change the bank account.
